Payment Terms & Shipping
| Our standard terms are 30% deposit on order confirmation, with the 70% balance paid before shipment. For long-standing customers and for L/C at sight we can discuss alternative terms. |
| T/T (bank transfer), L/C at sight, Western Union. For first orders many customers prefer Trade Assurance or L/C for added security — we are comfortable with either. |
| Nansha Port and Huangpu Port in Guangzhou, and Shenzhen (Yantian / Shekou) when the schedule suits better. Air freight departs from Guangzhou Baiyun (CAN), Shenzhen (SZX) or Hong Kong (HKG). |
| Sea freight (FCL or LCL) for volume orders — the cheapest per unit, typically 20–40 days depending on destination. Air freight for urgent or lighter orders, 5–10 days. Express courier (DHL / FedEx / UPS) for samples and very small shipments, 3–7 days. We can also arrange rail freight to Europe and Central Asia. |
| Yes. We can quote DDP with duties and taxes prepaid to most destinations, and we regularly ship directly into Amazon FBA warehouses in the US, UK, Germany and Japan with FNSKU labelling, carton labelling and Amazon-compliant packing applied at our factory. |
| Most water-based skincare is non-hazardous. However, products containing ethanol above certain concentrations, aerosols, nail products, and some fragrances and essential oils are classified as dangerous goods for air freight and need DG declaration and special packing, which increases cost and lead time. Our MSDS states the transport classification for every product, so there are no surprises at the airport. |
| Products are packed in export-grade cartons with inner protection sized to the product, palletised where appropriate, and shrink-wrapped. Cartons carry your marks, item code, quantity, gross and net weight and any required handling symbols. For fragile glass packaging we use reinforced inserts and can double-carton. |
| Yes. Our Guangzhou warehouse can receive goods from your other Chinese suppliers, consolidate them with your cosmetics order into one container and handle the export documentation. This significantly reduces freight cost when you are buying from several factories. |
| Yes, we handle Chinese export declaration and provide all documents needed for import clearance at your end. Import clearance, duties and local compliance are handled by you or your customs broker, since only a locally registered importer can do that. |
