Halal Cosmetics Manufacturing

Yes. Our Guangzhou factory holds a Halal Certificate issued by Shanghai Global Halal Certification Service (certificate SGH8602126VII0222, valid to 20 July 2027) covering the cosmetics category for export. For halal production we use halal-certified raw materials, exclude ethanol and non-halal animal derivatives, and maintain segregated production and cleaning procedures. Our Malaysia plant holds GMP certification and its halal certification is currently in application.

Our halal certificate is issued by Shanghai Global Halal Certification Service and is accredited and recognised by BPJPH / Halal Indonesia, JAKIM (Malaysia), the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, and HVCS (Halal Certification Service Vietnam). That covers the four largest halal cosmetics markets in Southeast Asia. For Middle East markets the certificate is generally accepted alongside GSO conformity documentation; confirm the specific requirement with your importer.

Both plants are GMP certified. Guangzhou is our R&D and main manufacturing base — the widest formula library, the deepest packaging supply chain, the most competitive cost, and it is our halal-certified facility. Malaysia is our ASEAN production base, which shortens shipping within Southeast Asia and supports customers who need locally manufactured goods; its halal certification is in application. Today, customers who need halal cosmetics are served from Guangzhou.

Indonesia has been phasing in mandatory halal certification for consumer goods, with cosmetics obligations taking effect in October 2026. Our halal certificate is recognised by BPJPH (Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal, Indonesia), which means products manufactured under it are positioned for that requirement. If Indonesia is a core market for you, talk to us early — halal-compatible formulation decisions are much cheaper to make before development than after.

Yes. We routinely formulate without ethanol, and replace animal-derived ingredients (collagen, keratin, lanolin, beeswax, carmine, squalane of animal origin) with plant, marine-free or synthetic-biology alternatives that perform equally well. This suits halal, vegan and many clean-beauty positionings at the same time.

Our Malaysia plant has a MOQ of 2,000 units and a lead time of 6–8 weeks, reflecting local raw-material and packaging sourcing. For smaller quantities, shorter lead times or halal-certified production, our Guangzhou plant is currently the better choice.

Yes. We regularly export to the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman and Jordan, and can prepare GSO conformity documentation, Arabic labelling and Dubai Municipality registration support. Our halal certificate is also accredited by JAKIM (Malaysia) and the Central Islamic Council of Thailand, which is widely accepted across Muslim-majority markets.
