Packaging & Private Label Design
| We supply everything. Our quotation is normally for a finished, packed, labelled product ready to sell. We work with a large network of bottle, jar, tube, pump, airless, dropper, stick and carton suppliers in the Guangzhou area, which means fast sampling and low freight cost between suppliers. |
| Yes. You can ship your own bottles, tubes or cartons to our factory, or nominate a packaging supplier for us to buy from. We will inspect incoming components and run a compatibility check with the formula before filling. Please allow extra lead time for delivery and inspection, and send us samples in advance so we can confirm our filling lines can handle them. |
| No — design is free for order customers. Send us your logo, brand colours, any reference designs and your required legal text; our design team will produce print-ready artwork on our dielines. We will also check your label against the labelling rules of your target market (INCI order, net content, batch code, PAO symbol, warnings, responsible person address). |
| Print-ready AI, PDF or PSD in CMYK, with fonts outlined, images at 300 dpi or higher, and at least 3mm bleed. If you only have a JPG or a rough sketch, that is fine too — our designers will rebuild it properly. |
| Yes. A PET bottle mould costs approximately USD 1,000 and takes about 6 weeks to develop and test, with a minimum of 10,000 pieces per production run. More complex components — airless systems, custom pumps, multi-cavity moulds — cost more. If you are not ready for a mould, a custom colour on stock packaging from 3,000 units gives you a distinctive look at a much lower entry cost. |
| Custom colour matching (Pantone), frosted or matte finish, transparent, metallised, silk-screen printing, hot stamping, UV coating, soft-touch coating, embossing and debossing, shrink sleeves, and custom pumps or caps. These give a genuinely custom shelf presence without a mould investment. |
| Yes — PCR (post-consumer recycled) plastic, mono-material recyclable packaging, refillable jars, aluminium, glass, bamboo caps, paper tubes, FSC-certified cartons, and reduced-plastic secondary packaging. Tell us which sustainability claim you want to make so we can supply the supporting certificates. |
| Yes — unit cartons, gift and set boxes, inserts, leaflets, shrink wrap, seals, and export shipping cartons with your marks. We can also apply barcodes, FBA labels and country-specific compliance marks during packing. |
| Final label content is approved by you in writing before printing. We check the technical parts we are responsible for (INCI accuracy, net content, batch and expiry format) and flag anything that looks non-compliant for your market, but the brand owner signs off on the final artwork. We never start printing without your written approval. |
| Yes, and this is a good strategy — a full size plus a travel/trial size drives sampling and gifting. Each size is a separate SKU with its own MOQ, but they share the same bulk formula, so the incremental cost is lower than launching a different product. |
