Confidentiality IP & After-sales
| Yes, gladly — before you send us any formula, brief or design. We can sign your NDA template or provide ours. Confidentiality is normal practice in contract manufacturing, and any manufacturer reluctant to sign one should worry you. |
| No. Formulas developed to your brief, and artwork or packaging designs created for your brand, are treated as yours and are not offered to other customers. Formulas taken from our standard library remain available to other customers unless you purchase exclusivity. |
| Exclusivity for a formula in a defined country or region can be arranged, normally tied to an annual minimum volume commitment. Tell us the market and the volume you can commit to and we will quote terms. |
| No. We are a contract manufacturer. Your customer list is yours, and we do not approach the buyers of our OEM clients or compete with our own customers under our own brand in their territory. |
| Batch documentation and COAs for as long as you need them, support during regulatory audits and registration renewals, formula updates when a market changes its rules, product photography and marketing material for your launch, technical answers for your customer service team, and priority scheduling on repeat orders. |
| Simply confirm the SKU, quantity and delivery date. The formula, artwork and packaging are already approved and on file, so repeat orders skip the sampling stage entirely. With simple in-stock packaging a repeat order ships in 3–4 weeks; with custom packaging allow 5–6 weeks. |
| Yes. We can provide product photography, ingredient and mechanism-of-action explanations, usage instructions, and claim substantiation summaries you can adapt for your website, Amazon listing and social media. |
| Yes. You or your appointed inspector are welcome at our factory during production, and we will schedule the visit around the filling date so there is something meaningful to see. |
